Data We Collect

The app does not collect any personal data such as your name, profile picture, or location.
Game projects, levels, and models you create are saved to your device. Files you choose to export are saved to your device's Downloads folder.
We do not share any personal information with third parties, except as described under Advertising below.

This app uses Unity Ads to display advertisements.
Unity Ads and its partners may collect anonymous technical data such as your Google Advertising ID, device type and version, browsing/app activity, approximate location, and other device information in order to serve and measure ads.
This data is handled by Unity Technologies in accordance with their own privacy policy. You can review it at unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy.
You may be able to limit ad tracking through your device's system settings (e.g. "Opt out of Ads Personalization" in Android settings).

FPS Creator Mobile includes a Community Games section featuring games submitted by other users.

Submission: To submit a game, users send an exported game file to bsishange@gmail.com. This is a manual, opt-in process — nothing is uploaded automatically from within the app.
Review: All submissions are reviewed by us before being added. We do not publish unreviewed content.
Hosting: Approved games are hosted on infrastructure we control. Submitters do not retain the ability to modify a game after it has been published.
Data collected from submissions: We retain the submitted game file and the email address it was sent from, solely to manage submissions and contact the submitter if needed.
Reporting content: If you have a concern about any game in the Community Games section, contact us at bsishange@gmail.com and we will review and address it.
Content ownership: By submitting a game, the submitter confirms they own or have the rights to the content they are sharing.

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
